Kathmandu and Chitwan National Park Wildlife Tour

Kathmandu Valley sightseeing begins with the ancient Newari kingdom of Bhaktapur and world heritage sites. Each visiting site is full of surprises. On the full day of sightseeing in Kathmandu, you will visit UNESCO-listed World Heritage Sites like Pashupatinath, Swayambunath, and Bhaktapur. strolling around the centuries-old temples, stupas, and shrines. Each has its own rich history, which grows in importance with each passing day.

After Kathmandu sightseeing, you will be heading to Chitwan National Park, following scenic Nepal’s hilly national highway, the Prithvi Highway. After taking lunch at a hotel in Chitwan, we will be ready to go on an elephant safari. In the evening, we will visit the cultural village of the Tharu community. After enjoying the Tharu cultural dance program, we return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. On the second day in Chitwan National Park, we take part in the tour, which starts early in the morning with a nature walk to the jungle for a couple of hours. While on tour, we will see several species of birds en route. After lunch, we do a canoe ride for an hour. After that, we will do free exploration, visit an elephant breeding center, the Tharu Museum, and have an awesome sunset view from the bank of the Rapti River. The next day, we do an amazing Jeep drive inside the jungle and stay at the hotel. The Chitwan National Park wildlife tour ends on the 3rd day, and we get back to Kathmandu via the same Prithvi Highway by following Trishuli river bank side, zigzag roads, and enjoying several hill views.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park (5 hours), check-in hotel
Day 04: Full-day jungle activities in Chitwan National Park
Day 05: Drive from Chitwan National Park to Kathmandu
Day 06: Final departure
